I'm glad to see you happy, Soldari. Hopefully it will keep Malevolent appeased. Though...if he sticks around much longer, he could freeze to death. Perhaps he should go into hibernation. Winters here are long. Myria poked, thumping her tail.

Ah you're right. Oh well he'll just have to deal with it... Soldari gave a goofy grin before completing I'm kidding

Myria shook her head, brushing bits of snow from her plush fur. The wind brought scents of her packmates to her, but told her nothing of their exact locations.
I hope Kiba made it back to the den safely... The beta raised her muzzle as she inhaled deeply. ...Nothing. She glanced at Soldari, wondering what he (and possibly Malevolent) was thinking.

Soldari knew it was rude to stare so he shifted his eyes else where talking in his mind, Malevolent do you really want to get hurt again Soldari?

Myria returned her attention to the wolf, noticing a change in his posture...it seemed..different. Is Malevolent back again? The beta padded towards Soldari, stopping once she was closer...close enough to notice any change in his eyes or any odd behaviour. The beta monitored him, her ears flicking briefly.
Staring into his eyes probably wouldn't go over as smoothly as it had the first time...hm. I wonder what Revera and the other betas will think of him...

Myria blinked, taken aback. She felt her body heat increase as she flushed and turned her head to the side.
Really? Thank you. Most people are afraid of them...I seem to be the only one in this pack with such deep amber eyes. It's my northern heritage. Myria felt her tail wag unconsciously, and she smiled to the wolf. She was never praised on her looks...many females were much better looking.

Myria's tail switched harder and she ducked her head in embarrassment.
They glow too brightly...it unnerves other wolves. In my homeland, the prey knew that when they saw a timber wolf's eyes shine, it was too late to flee. Myria tried to explain. She felt awkward and self-conscious all of a sudden. Like a pup...

Ah a beauty and a warning to preys, threats, and pack members. Are you, shy about them or do you to shine them with pride?

Myria blinked, surprised by his question. She lifted her head to look him directly in the eye.
The eyes are my heritage...one of the few links I have to my homeland. She glanced away momentarily.
I was taken aback by the compliment...no one has seemed to notice them in that light...much less compare them to something of beauty. Myria replied with a laugh.

Myria smiled at Soldari.
Thank you. You should get some rest...you must be exhausted.
(Logging off for the night. Have a good night!)

Myria sighed as she shook her head. She was mentally exhausted. She settled her chin on her paws as she lay down inside the cave. If I just rest my eyes for a moment...
The beta was a light sleeper, so she closed her eyes and began her mental countdown to ensure she didn't doze off.
