Spirit quickly cleared the area of the sharp rocks and pine needles. She sat on her haunches with a grin, proud of her work. She tilted her head hearing a sound. Looking to the right she saw a large frog sitting near the wall.
She quietly got into position and pounced, catching the slippery creature. She sniffed at it, unsure if it was safe to eat.

Spirit sprinted back into the area and waled towards her small bed, laying down with a yawn.

Spirit wandered into the swamp, her seemingly permanent home. She paced back and forth grumbling to herself.
That was Kitala's scent. I know it. If she's here that means.. her thoughts ceased as she paused in her step. Her head tilting to the side.

(after speaking to Argus)
Aria padded into the swamp and looked up among the rafters. She knew it wasn't fair to dismiss Spirit as she had. Argus had just gotten to her.
"Spirit, you still up there?"

Spirit leaped down to the ground and stood before Aria.
Where else would I be? You told me to stay here and so I did.

"Thought you might have wandered." Aria barked sitting down among the mulch. "Glad you didn't. I was thinking we could go hunting or training or you could tell me more about the wolf that has you scattered."

Spirit sighed and lashed her tail.
Before I came here, where i used to live there was a pack living near us. There was an alpha pair that had a good sized litter but only 1 female. She left before everything happened to me not wanting to be the only female there with alpha parents. Her name's Kitala. She's a trouble maker.

"Then I pity the Keepers." Aria barked laying down in the mud. "What did she ever do to you?"

Spirit looked at Aria for a good long moment before looking away, not wanting to show the tears forming in her eyes.
She helped murder my mother

A shot of hatred filled the young wolf's heart. Mothers. The vision of Dove on the witches face made her wince. "I'm so sorry Spirit. That must have been horrible." she snarled imagining the mother killer before her. "We will keep her out of our territory. I promise."

Spirit tried to calm herself as a soft sob wrecked through her body.
I hope the keepers kill her. She snarled, getting control once more. Long shut away anger and sadness warming her blood.

"Good Idea" Aria growled pulling herself away from thoughts of Dove and into thoughts of blood. She stood and paced before the small wolf her mouth parted for an easy bite down when the time came.
"Remember your lessons now." She growled lunging forward at Spirit's flank. Alway's expect the unexpected.

Spirit growled angrily and slipped past the oncoming threat easily. The anger and hatred in her system feuling her movements. She whipped around and glared at Aria, head bent low to the ground, baring her teeth.
