Myria quirked her brow.
What is he doing? Something tells me I should wait before attacking...hmmm. Myria kept her breathing low as her amber eyes fixed upon the massive male.

He stilled his breath and narrowed his mulitcolored eyes. His golden thread glowing a little in the sunlight. He cursed its glowing sheen and huphed. He couldn't hide in the snows like her. But I do have the shadows He glanced around to secure her position.
She was there, he could sense her eyes on his side. Was she wondering his motivation. He smiled and dashed not at her but into the shadows behind her. He shook out his hair as he ran and dropped his head so that the fur of his crown would sheild his eyes. Now he wouldn't see her if she didn't move but the same would hold true for him.

Myria resisted the urge to grumble. Now we're both stuck and one of us will have to give eventually. she groused mentally.
She sat for a few minutes, listening for any sound of him. All was quiet. Slowly, Myria raised her body, keeping silent. Her eyes glanced around, searching for anything that might be the massive male that held her affection.
Apparently he has mastered the art of becoming a ghost as well. she murmured quietly to herself.

Balor leapt zeroing in on her voice and jumping blindly. His sharp ears had found her hiding space and his gargantuine body collided with hers sending them both across the ground. "Got ya." He barked nipping her nose. "Balor one/Myria one. How does it feel to be beat at your own game Miss Phantom." He barked nuzzling her and jumping off to let her stand.

Myria felt her heart beat increase as Balor's familiar scent filled her nose just before he collided with her. The duo slid a ways into the clearing, and she smiled at his remark.
It sucks. But, I expected nothing less from my Bear. She smiled as she stood and shook the dead leaves from her fur.

Balor smiled and bopped her chin. "That it does." He barked. "We make a good team Prim Rose." He commented laying down at her paws with a contented sigh.

Myria nodded before snuggling into his warm fur.
That we do. Who knows...you and I might be the next best fighting pair after Rayne and Kiba... she trailed off, considering the idea.

"Ah, never saw them in action." The black wolf barked thinking of his brother and his deceased mate. "Poor Kiba, I wish I could talk to him. He's so... far away now..."

Myria nuzzled his cheek.
If anyone could get through to him, it would be you, love. There is still some hope left. He loved Rayne...very, very much. We all did. her fluffy ears drooped slightly before she settled her muzzle against Balor's.

"I'm sorry for your loss." Balor barked licking Myria's cheek. "I'm sure I would have loved her also if I had been fortunate enough to meet her."

Myria wagged her tail at the thought of Balor meeting Rayne.
I can only imagine...I think the two of you would have gotten on well.

Hmm...that too. She threatened many a wolf with that.

Balor stretched and sighed enjoying the sunlight. "Only difference is I don't threaten things I won't do." He winked at her with his grass green globe and let his eyes close to rest.

Myria felt a smile on her lips as she bopped him with her nose. So you say, Bear. So you say. She rested her head against his, the sunlight warming her fur was enjoyable enough to nap.
