Name: Myria (also known as: "Grey Phantom")
Wolf rank: Beta
Pack: Shadow Keepers
Personality: Shy to new comers, quiet, very cautious and fairly patient. Always watching other pack members and willing to help. Family means everything to me. Can have a very nasty temper, so don't get her angry.
History: I was raised by my former pack of grey (timber) wolves (up in the boreal forests of North-Western Canada) along with an older brother, who had left the pack to find his own territory while I was reaching adulthood. Both of my parents were betas. They were known as the "Beta Pair" in my pack. I am now an adult (approximately four years of age) female wolf, an excellent hunter, and I am known to always keep my cool under pressure. I am known for a very analytical mind, and I never enter a battle without having at least two fighting strategies.
My old pack had names for all of their members, and I was known as the "Phantom" due to my surefooted and silent movements, and my agility and speed while fighting and hunting.I had no intention of leaving my pack, as I had no mate. That was the plan until I had caught wind of my brother's scent while hunting. I left my pack on my own terms, hoping to find my brother's pack. His scent would linger and be strong, and sometimes it was a mere whisper, as if it was simply a shadow haunting me. I traveled for a long time as a lone. I haven't found him yet (or my future mate), but I am currently a happy member of the Shadow Keepers.
N.B the attached photo is the timber wolf's summer coat; they turn darker (and more or a grey or sometimes a grey-silver-black mottled colour) in the winter.
