Sigurd closed his eye as the snow fell in huge bundles down from the cloudy sky, a grin forming on his face. His pelt becoming nearly indistinguishable from the snow around him. His movements masked by the snow as he watched his new opponent.

Argus stared at the little wolf before him, he blended so well with his surroundings he seemed to be but a ghost on the field. a shadow is only invisible in the night he thought, with a quick glance around he looked for a heavily wooded area. within a few seconds he'd spotted his goal there he thought, now, to bring this shadow into the light He tucked low into his stance circling the white wolf and lining up his charge. come little one, let me show you how a true warrior fights! came the deep rumble from the monster before Sigurd. it was all the time given before the beast began rushing forward to him.

(Sigurd is an Arctic wolf. He's actually quite large if you look at the character profile.)
Sigurd watched Argus charge towards him like a brute, a soft and playful smile across his lips as he waited for the last possible moment, leaping to the left to narrowly dodge his opponent, a cloud of snow raising up from where he was.
Sigurd hit the ground with a roll, before springing back up to his paws, keeping his eye on his opponent the whole time and his mouth shut. He knew better than to speak and give away his position. That would remove the fun of toying with this challenger.

(argus is part spanish mastiff. he about 50-60 lbs heavier than an average male wolf and is meant to be basically a monster wolf. he's meant to dwarf even Kiba and yourself. he's larger even than Nuka is. he's extremely powerful but lacks speed, though he's agile for his size)
Argus bowled right past the White wolf. a cloud of powder kicked up and into his face. Shaking it out he turned his head searching for his opponent. hmmmmm strength and power aren't going to do me much good here. with a quick glance behind him at the trees he turned his head and spotted the white one. Pretending he hadn't spotted his enemy he lowered his stance and he slowly backed up getting closer and closer to the forest where the snow was less densely concentrated. WHere are you you bastard, show your self!

Sigurd watched Argus backing up slowly towards the forest, disinterest slowly creeping over him as he sat on his haunches. "And this is why you don't fight a white wolf in the snow, or a black wolf at night." He thought to himself.
As relaxed as Sigurd appeared, he was ready in case Argus decided to charge again. Sigurd grinned to himself as he thought about enticing Argus to charge at him again, but this time positioning himself between Argus and a tree. But he shook the thought from his head. "Not this time."

Argus was having real trouble keeping his eye on this white wolf in the snow. he was pure white and with this area Argus was at a huge disadvantage. not only that but he was clever. he wasn't following Argus anywhere near these woods where the snow was less heavy and the battle ground would be tipped more evenly. Argus's mind whirled. what was he to do? even if his sense of smell told him that this wolf was in the area he couldn't pinpoint him on scent alone!. Curses! Argus thought. he needed to find some way to get light on this ghost! Argus stood still for a few moments, it was the only way. he glanced back at the white wolf, and grinned. slowly he turned himself bringing his tail to the side and his head back to it. gripping it in his mouth he bit down, he could feel his teeth break skin but didn't wince at the pain. pushing down harder he felt more blood begin to flow into his mouth. this had better work he thought as he let go of his tail, which now dripped with blood. his mouth was covered in red now and though it hurt like hell he had done what he needed to. turning he looked back to the white wolf. I never got your name. he said through his blood soaked mouth. he lowered his head, his eyes never leaving the white wolf, and nipped at his paws quickly so a small amount of blood began to run from the wounds. raising his head. he bit quickly on his lip. causing more blood to come into his mouth. so lets hear it. who are you? he barked, grinning as the blood dripped from his face.
