Myria's amber eyes watched her alpha and the pups from the thickets.
I hope I'm not interrupting...but Revera did ask me to come... The grey wolf mused. Making some noise, Myria padded towards the wolves before sitting on her haunches some distance away.
She decided to wait for acknowledgement, so as to not disturb training.

Hello Alira. I apologize if I startled you. How is the training going? Myria questions.

Reveras eyes dashed up to meet her betas gaze. She wagged her tail in greeting then shot a glance to the small wolf behind her. Alira needed help and it had finally come.

(sorry for the late reply, went last-minute, spur of the moment "put-horses-in-trailer-for-a-day-in-the-mountains" horse riding at six am this morning. Just got back).
Myria allowed her amber gaze to meet her Alpha's before she turned and glanced at Alira.
I wonder how she will fare...
Well, if everyone is ready, shall we begin? the grey wolf questioned as she glanced between mother and daughter.

Revera nodded and grabbed Shadow from her spot between her paws. Now that Alira had help this might get interesting. She slipped the pup into a Bush before her and lay infringe of it closing her eyes. Don't tell her what to do Myra. She needs to figure it out..or think on a different path. Revera logged that thought in her mind waited for the enimes move.

Myria stalked towards the duo, keeping her paws light and her head low. I think Revera wants Alira to do this on her own...well, let's see if she sinks or swims.
Baring her teeth slightly, Myria allowed a low rumble to pass her throat as she waited for her opponent's move.

Revera opened one eye and smiled. [Guess you should know the situation Myra. I am a lone female protecting my pup and you are with Alira trying to break my defends and destroy my family. [/b] Revera settled back again with her head on her paws.

Shadow sighed and laid her head on Revera's flank. When she wanted to be trained she didn't expect to become the damsil in distress.

Myria paced for a moment, her keen eyes watching her Alpha.
Now that I know Alira is my partner, I should be able to use that to my advantage.. An idea formed in the grey wolf's head, and she continued to pace, eyes ever watching Revera.
Time to see how good Revera's defenses really are.
Myria continued her slow pacing, feeling her muscles tensing as adrenaline began working its way into her system. Without a word, Myria pounced unexpectedly at her Alpha, hackles raised.

Revera couldn't help but be disappointed in her betas attack. Then again it was exactly as she had expected Alira to do. The alphas body coiled with teeth flashing in the noon day sun not at Myras throat but the hard bones of her legs. At the same time the red wolf began to roll until she was belly up with all legs pawing. Her goal was to tangle Myras legs and hault her attack. The move offered just enough space for Shadow ti slip past and join the fight. Perhaps she and Alira would be a fairer match.

Myria realized Revera's intentions the moment their bodies collided. Ignoring the pressure on her legs, the beta worked to disengage herself from the red wolf. The grey wolf flung her weight backwards and pushed with her strong hind legs, which found purchase in the dirt.
Perhaps pouncing was not such a great idea, after all. I hope Alira realizes that this type of attack usually ends up backfiring, as it just did. As she found her footing, the beta maintained some distance between herself and the red wolf before her. She flicked her amber eyes over to Alira before maintaining focus on her target.

Well now that you've lost the element of surprise. The alpha growled with a smile. She had found her paws easily after Myra disengaged and now she was standing prime for battle. The alpha snarled and pounced ahead of her feining at the last minute on nimble paws to end up off to her attackers side. This put her between Myra and Alira which could work both for or against her.
